1. Agreement to Terms By accessing HeadTel or signing up for Early Access, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.
The Service & Beta Disclaimer HeadTel provides a platform for observability and product analytics instrumentation. Note: Early Access and Beta features are provided "AS-IS" for testing purposes and may contain bugs or undergo significant changes. During Early Access, deliverables may be produced manually by HeadTel personnel and may take the form of written analyses or recommendations rather than executable code.
3. Use of Generated Code HeadTel generates instrumentation code based on your codebase structure.
User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all generated code before deploying it to production.
License: HeadTel grants you a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use and modify the code generated by our platform for your internal business purposes.
4. Intellectual Property
Your Code: You retain all ownership rights to your original source code.
Our Platform: HeadTel retains all rights to our proprietary algorithms, blueprints, and software.
5. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeadTel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to system downtime, data loss, or increased cloud/observability costs resulting from the use of our generated instrumentation.
6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the internal laws of the State of Delaware, without giving effect to any choice or conflict of law provision. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the State of Delaware.
