  • User Information: Name, email address, and any other information you provide when signing up, requesting Early Access, or contacting us via our contact form.

  • System Metadata: To generate blueprints, our tool scans your codebase. We primarily process structural metadata (e.g., service architecture, existing library versions, and API endpoints).

  • GitHub Integration Data: When you install our GitHub App, we receive your GitHub account identifier, installation metadata, and read-only access to repositories you explicitly grant access to.

  • Analytics: Standard data such as IP addresses, browser types, and interaction data to improve our site performance.

3. Data Processing and Security

  • Code Privacy: We do not sell or rent your source code to third parties. Our processing is limited to generating OpenTelemetry-native instrumentation recommendations.

  • Encryption: All data in transit and at rest is encrypted using industry-standard protocols (e.g., TLS 1.2+ and AES-256).

4. Data Retention We retain your information only as long as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations. Users may request the deletion of their data at any time by contacting privacy@headtel.ai.

5. International Transfers As a Delaware C Corp, your data may be processed in the United States. We comply with applicable data transfer frameworks to ensure your information remains protected.
